This Chinese New Year got me thinking… For us Chinese, we have a culture of always working hard, from the cradle to the grave; we’re constantly struggling to get ahead of ourselves, giving in our best in whatever we do. However, I believe that as much as we tend to forget about it, we need to pay attention on life after occupation as well.
Once we are retired, we haven’t really gotten a good plan on what we do in our lives. Now, however, with a community called bettercaring, my problems and worries are alleviated.
Bettercaring is a community which provides all the information you need, concerning care for yourself or your loved ones later on in life. Whether you want to find out more information about options available for you in your community
As for us, I think the Catholic students here have done a good work. Just recently we paid a visit to the nursing home, it was a successful one and the kids there had an enjoyable time.
