Happy Men's Day

Had another round of makan together with friends, this was to celebrate Men's Day in Russia. Had rather a luxurious meal. Look at the pictures and you'll understand why



First stop we had abalone!! Imagine that, thanks to Benny though, he brought the abalone all the way from Malaysia




The product : abalone soup !! Nicest soup I've ever drank in Russia. Haha!

Pork with sea cucumber. Yum yum, Choc Ky brought the sea cucumber over, had a hard time rinsing it and cleaning.

Belated Chap Goh Mei

Had our Chap Goh Mei dinner last night, was a nice and heavy one.

Anyways, just for your information, Chap Goh Mei is celebrated by chinese 15 days after the Chinese New Year. To celebrate the end of the new year celebration.

As usual we had pot luck together, we all cooked some dishes together, including cereal chicken (one of my fav)



We had a soup too, nice glutinous mushroom soup!!




Then there was these nice chilli prawns, yum yum.

Thanks bro for the reminder, anyways was really sweet of you bringing them out for dinner, too bad I missed out the fun.

I'm also having fun here, had such a sweet and comfortable sleep last nite (till 11am in the morning), as the disturbing rat has already been caught!! Finally!!! Thank God !!

But don't know why I started to pity the rat when it was asphyxiated in the hands of Niny (my groupmate, superwoman and a tomboy, lol)

Other things that I've done for the night : dinner with friends (yes yet again after having pot lucks continuous for 3 days )

That's what we have most of the time here for celebrations, Eat Eat and Eat !!!
