Repair Clinic

RepairClinic provides the do-it-yourself consumer market with the resources needed to fix their household appliances, vacuum cleaners, lawn mowers, and outdoor power equipment. We have an extensive inventory of more than one million parts that we photograph, define, and categorize to make them easier for customers to find and purchase. To assist more than 75,000 individuals each month with free repair help information, we have assembled a vast library of text documents, tecumseh parts, diagrams, and high-definition videos. We are continuously updating the library and training our employees with current parts and repair information to offer the best customer service possible. Our extraordinary return policy allows any part, including electrical parts, to be returned within 30 days for your money back. And with our same day shipping guarantee on all in stock parts, there is no wonder why more than two million customers nationwide have purchased parts from RepairClinic.

RepairClinic began in 1999 in a small, rented office with a team of seven people. By 2004, to accommodate our rapidly growing inventory and staff of over 50 employees, we built a 60,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Canton, MI. We have since added 26,000 sq. ft. and 80 more employees including a team of bi-lingual customer care representatives.

RepairClinic shares the responsibility for caring for our employees and the community. We have numerous internal programs and practices to support this culture.

RepairClinic has an internal wellness program whose main objectives are to educate employees on health topics, assist employees in achieving a well-balanced lifestyle, and to help reduce health care-related costs. The wellness program hosts an annual health fair, sells nutritious snacks at a low cost, and encourages employees to exercise by providing workout equipment, free weights, and DVDs. It also promotes healthy living through special programs such as personal fitness training, yoga, and a walking program.

RepairClinic makes a difference within the community through another internal program called Outreach. It consists of RepairClinic employees who combine their hard work with company resources to help out the community and organizations. Outreach has participated and raised funds for Relay For Life of Canton, MI, donated to Meals on Wheels of Ypsilanti, MI, participated in a Make-A-Wish Radio-a-thon, and raised funds and gathered donation of goods for Hope Clinic – a free clinic offering medical, dental, and social services to thousands of people in the Metro Detroit area.
